Pristine VTG 80/90s Merci Wearable Art Top Puff Paint & Gems-Measures XL Women

Very cool vintage find! 1980s “wearable art” top by Merci. Can you say glitter puff paint and gems? Yes, but that’s not all. She’s fully loaded with soft shapely shoulder pads to complete the statement look. The garment is tagged as “one size” but don’t let that stop you! The chest measures 25” across (armpit to armpit) making it a women’s XL in standard US sizing. A beautiful multi geometric quality fabric displays vibrant non-faded hues of beige, blues, and burgundy. The colors are further complimented by perfect puffy pillows of gold tone glitter paint and light aqua plastic gem accents across the chest and neckline. Made of 100% cotton knit fabric, they don’t make em like this anymore! The tag appears worn on the inside but the garment itself is pristine. No dried or cracked paint, damage, stains, or alterations. All gems are intact and the item is ready to wear right out of the shipping box.
